SUBJECT: UNIDENTIFIED FLYING OBJECT

At 7:15 p.m., 11/5/57, Mr. MARINO, 29 Windsor Place, Glen Ridge, N. J., telephonically advised this office that at 4:45 p.m., this date, his wife observed an unidentified low flying object over Glen Ridge, N. J. MARINO stated his wife described this object as being a brilliant white, cigar shaped with delta wings toward the tail and was unable to hear any noise coming from this object. According to Mrs. MARINO, this object was flying from the south to the north.

SA LAWRENCE W. VAN LIERE, OSI, was telephonically apprized of the above at 7:50 p.m, 11/5/57.
