They ran when the heater was on--it kept them

between 60 and 80.
One time ring B got up to
80 degrees.
But it ran between 60 and 80
degrees, that those heaters kept the RCS., A and B.
But, any time if you turned that heater off it
wasn' t any time at all until the light cl3.me back
on again so we just turned them on and l ,~ft them
on the whole flight .
And that RCS couldn't have worked better. It
was the most beautiful system you ever s~w.
Boy, i t sure did.

As you say, in contrast to what we had before.
Here 's another thing when we got into these high
tumbling rates that really kept the spacecraft
cold.
