was parked on the outside of Pukh on the way from the commercial field. The Indian River slide started that this was a military training airfield and Col. Leibniz recognized some of the recent transports parked there.

PART D. OBSERVATIONS AT INDEPOT PROVINCE AIR FIELD

The three US observers arrived at Dr. Lepergpetrovsk airfield sometime on 9 Oct. 55 by DC-3 type aircraft. The airfield is cross-shaped. The parking ramp is of octagonal brick or cement (see sketch of jet damper and ramp brick design on page 8). The jet damper was parked at the airfield (see description in text of cable and see profile sketch on page 8).

Col. Leibniz counted 12 very stubby jet fighters parked at the field. The jet fighters were described as short, stubby, smaller and lighter. Horizontal tailplane, wings more forward, canopy more transparent. At the time of the description, there was having Col. Leibniz compare the fighter he saw with a scale model of a F-86. He definitely did not think fighter were toys because of the fuselage being more stubby. (Sort of like out of date which I could use a model as I don't have any.) This is TV news for close-up. TIC 6244, as the composite configuration concludes that the SRT fighter is one bill smaller than the TIC-16. I did not have time to show the composite models to the observer but the possibility exists that his blending is of the SRT composite type. Further discussion should bring out more details.

PART D. OBSERVATIONS AT MUSCOV

The live observers were reported to a place which became muscov. They requested to see outside Moscow. On the way, suddenly at the 42 kilometer signpost from Moscow on the Moscow to Liskhanty, on the flat side of the road, there was a road slide (size unknown) with two riders. From the holes of Col. Leibniz, they have been relativelyidentified as one hooded figure on page and one square type Figure. (See sketch below):

PART D. OBSERVATIONS FROM TELIS TO COCT.

In TELIS about the 5th of Oct. 55, Col. Leibniz sighted a large helicopter resembling a banana with two large, main motors at each end and having many more windows than a banana type which he had seen in the USA.

Between TELIS and SUDL on the Black Sea, while travelling by truck, one of the most significant collisions occurred, falling into account the observations which were reported in the ADMI region.
